Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They open your AI Employee link in any modern browser on mobile or desktop, enter their name and mobile number, choose a language and start talking.
Which languages does the AI Employee speak?
Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The customer picks their language at the start of the conversation.
How do I teach it about my business?
After signup you complete a guided first-time setup (business details, products, working hours, how to address customers and more). In the advanced setup you can add Q&A pairs, upload PDF, Excel, Word, text or CSV files, or read your website.
Can it send brochures and price lists?
Yes. Upload shareable files with clear titles, connect your WhatsApp API (WATI) and/or a Gmail app password, and the AI Employee sends the matching file when a customer asks for it.
How is talk time counted?
Each plan includes a talk-time allowance that is used as your AI Employee replies. Your dashboard always shows the remaining balance and the plan expiry date.
Can I download the conversations?
Every conversation is available in your dashboard. Gold and Platinum plans can also download a complete PDF conversation report for each customer.
Is payment secure?
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your account is created only after the payment signature and amount are verified on our server.
